Bon viveurs are invited to indulge in the world’s most coveted delicacy and feel the excitement of a live auction during “Six-Hands White Truffle Dinner & XXV World Alba White Truffle Auction”, which will take place at the renowned Riva del Fiume restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, on Nov 10 at 6.30pm.
Held in partnership with Gourmet One Food Service (Thailand), this is a once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic experience that unites three of Bangkok’s finest Italian chefs for an exquisite dinner that transcends borders and supports a worthy cause.
Executive chef Andrea Accordi of Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok; chef Davide Garavaglia of Côte by Mauro Colagreco at Capella Bangkok; and chef Christian Martena of Clara will collaborate to create a sumptuous seven-course menu showcasing the prized white truffle, foraged in the hills of Alba, Italy.
Each dish will be paired with exceptional Barolo wines from the renowned Roberto Voerzio Winery in La Morra, Langhe.
Guests will have the rare chance to participate in the XXV World Alba White Truffle Auction. Held annually at the Unesco World Heritage Site of Grinzane Cavour Castle in Alba, this prestigious auction has attracted top chefs, celebrities and global figures since 1999.
With over €6 million (219 million baht) raised for charity worldwide, this non-profit auction has become a highlight in the culinary world. For the first time in Thailand, the auction will be broadcast live from Alba.
Simultaneously, a parallel event will take place at Riva del Fiume, featuring the auction of three exceptional white truffles — weighing 150g, 200g and 300g.
Dining guests will have the unique opportunity to own one of these culinary treasures. Proceeds from the local auction will benefit the Border Patrol Police School Foundation under the Royal Patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
The dinner is priced at 12,000 baht per person. For reservations, call 02-032-0885.
